There's no $550 fee and even if there was, it would never be paid to a bitcoin account. IRCC doesn't accept bitcoin as payment. You're being scammed.He gave me an account number and said that $550 is embassy fees and must pay it when you send your documents to the high commission.

Do they give you any contact information in Canada? Do you find out about the organization? But the employer from Canada also gave us an account and told us to send 550 USD. We did it. Then he told us to send 471 USD more on the same account for CAQ, to get job in Quebec.
