How we can confirm LMIA authentic?

If you want a real job offer in Canada - do not use an immigration agency / consultant or lawyer. You should be applying for jobs with companies directly. Note that it's next to impossible to get a job offer in Canada. So you should assume the chances you will be successful are extremely low.

Are you sure you're really dealing with the lawyer? We see lots of cases here where people think they are dealing with a laywer or a human resources person from an organization - and it's really just a scammer pretending to be this person.

You should NEVER pay for an LMIA. This is one of the biggest signs of a scam.

Anyway - your life and your choice what you do.

But how can you be sure the person you are communicating with is really the lawyer? How do you know it isn't someone impersonating him?

Anyway - you've been warned by many people here. Really your choice what you do now.

The most that you should pay is a few hundred dollars for filling in forms and consultancy. You should not be asked for anything more, and certainly never thousands of dollars...

I think that is the going rate for buying an LMIA, I heard of some people in Toronto that paid that much to be able to stay in Canada. If I recall correctly I think it was in the trucking industry, LMIA was legit but either the business or people arranging got paid for it.

Then, they are being seriously ripped off.. And, when IRCC find out, there will be hell to pay.
