How trustworthy is the CIC CRS tool?

Hi All,

I will apply using an express entry profile in the next few weeks, I have completed my ECA earlier this week. I used the CIC CRS tool to understand what my score would be around once I create the profile. I know the tool is a guideline but how trustworthy is it? The tool tells me my score is 462, can I assume this is a ball-park around where my score'd be?

Assuming you have given it accurate information, it is 100% correct

The information that I have provided to the tool is accurate. Is that a good score to receive an ITA anytime soon? Are there any problems if any?

It's usually a good score to get ITA, but note that the last draw cutoff was at 473. No one outside IRCC can predict the cutoff scores.

Would you know how long do have between receiving the ITA and submitting the necessary documents?

Yeah, although a friend of mine told me that the scores are almost sinusoidal and will go down in a few draws. Fingers crossed ;D
