Almost 20 years ago, I sponsored my wife for PR.
About 10 years later, we got divorced.
Recently, I remarried and am sponsoring my new wife.
In the meantime, my ex-wife has changed her last name.
My question is this: how should I write my ex's name?
1. As it was when I sponsored her and as it appears on our divorce certificate?
2. Or should I write her current name with her new husband's last name?
