I applied for TRV for I just got refusal letter, I would like to know can we have some sample letter for Re-consideration for application.
The reason is same as per format:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

A reconsideration is if there was an error in law. What is the error in law? How much in funds did you show for how long of a visit? What is your profile and purpose of visit. Do you have family in Canada or do you live in your country of citizenship? You may want to order GCMS notes for full VO notes, and reapply.

HI
Thanks for reply

I do not think there might be error in LAW, I believe the application was not evaluate properly or might be over look few things.
as far as profile, I run a business in Dubai, living here from last 18 Years, 4 kids, going school, also I gave a proof of sufficient funds CAD$ 40,000.
I already applied for GCMS notes, will know the exact reason. Hope fully will get something out of it.

Then will apply for Reconsideration letter if something got overlooked or interpreted wrongly.

Did you apply on your own? How long was a visit? If you have 4 kids then how much of your funds are you using to go to Canada? You still have kids living expenses to consider.

Reconsideration must be submitted soon. If you wait for GCMS notes, then you reapply.

Yes I applied myself, the visit was for 4 weeks, I showed funds more than CAD$ 40,000 to 45,000.

If you said reconsideration must be submitted soon what should I do right now. As we know GCMS will take 30-45 days.

So how much were you budgeting for a month? And what are you doing in Canada for a month alone? IRCC is concerned you are coming for non-tourist reasons if not coming with family. Do you have any family in Canada? If spending $20k then spending half your funds to come to Canada, and you still need to support your family during your visit.

Reconsideration is applied for immediately. You send a webform stating why there was an error in decision. EG. Your funds can support a visit and your family. Explain why you are coming for a month.

So spending more than half your funds on a trip to Canada. How are you getting around? If staying at airport hotel then how are you getting to all these places? Are you not underestimating $23K? Canada’s Wonderland is going to costs you between $800-900 alone. The Zoo around $500-600. VIA rail to Montreal return about $1700. Not including hotels and food plus other sites. IRCC believes you will be spending a lot more and using almost all your funds to come to Canada.

What are all your ties to return - job letter with approved leave for you and your spouse, tuition proof/registratioN? Travel history is for all of you to have gone to US, NZ, AUS and UK.

As I already mentioned in my plan that after Montreal I will stay at my friend place,
The hotel at Airport was costing me CAD$ 2,900 for 6 nights. (I have a booking proof)
The hotel at Montreal was costing me CAD$ 1,285. (I have a booking proof)
after that I was going to stay at friend place. mentioned address
Return Tickets was costing between CAD$ 6,500 to 8,000
If calculate ruffly it will cost including cost you mentioned $900, $600, $1700, Total $16,000 (Aprox)
excluding food and other needs (hopefully $7000) would be enough.

Yes I understand as you mentioned few things will cost us bit more. but I was prepare for that.
I have visa for AUS but did not traveled yet.

Regarding Ties, I am running business from last 16 Years, have 8 Employees, market reputation, few of the biggest companies are my clients here in Dubai. I have office, have cars, school at kids, I have kids school certificates. Wife home maker.

Ok. If you feel confident about reconsideration then submit a webform explaining that you are not using most of your funds to travel to Canada. Include updated travel costs with new dates and updated airfare costs. There are no timelines for reconsideration (IRCC doesn’t have to re-open file and reconsider), so if not in a rush to come to Canada then order GCMS, and reapply.

Thanks for your understanding the situation, and guiding for reconsideration, I understand there is no timeline and guarantee they will response to that, but still I want try, But as you mentioned earlier should I apply right now since it was refused on 16-Sept-2023, or should I wait for GCMS, than apply for reconsideration.

Also do you have any kind of format/sample to follow re-consideration letter, in which I can explain and write my own words and situation as per my case and include include updated travel costs with new dates and updated airfare costs (as you suggested).

I will apply e-consideration right now and sit on it.

Also I have interview date on 3-Oct-2023 at US Embassy, Hopefully if that goes well, I will re-apply Canada visa after GCMS notes in Can+ category.

What's your thought ?

Thanks

There is not reconsideration letter or format because it is not a formal process. If you wait for GCMS notes then you are reapplying for TRVs not asking for reconsideration. So your whole family has interview dates at the US embassy to then apply for CAN+. You don’t apply for CAN+. IRCC decides if processed through CAN+ and may want to see US travel history too.
