How to upload front and back scanned transcript copy for CES

Hello,
I was filling the CES form recently and wanted to know how to upload front and back scanned copy.
You can upload only 1 image for final award and only 1 image for transcript. Did you guys combine the front and back of final award in one image and then uploaded it? How does it work?

The file formats allowed are jpeg, pdf, dox and doc with a size limit of 10 MB. So why don't you scan both sides into a single pdf file and then upload it?

Did that later on, Emailed them about the mistake and they sent me an URL to upload documents.
