I did mine one to last eight months before. Its' been updated.

Apart from using eCAS as Salmanurul suggested, you could also use the Canada Gov link:

The link: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=coa&_ga=1.78407636.1788795377.1420179451; has a space for NEW phone number and address. I just now went into change mode and checked this.
