Medical reports are sent to CHC Delhi where the medical officer checks them and forward the results to CHC Islamabad. You can track the medical reports up to CHC Delhi if the DMP gives you the courier number by which he dispatched them...

This is different they should tell you, as i asked DMP staff they told me when dispatched and when reached CHC Dehli..........
