How to take Certificate of Qualification from Canadian Province Technical College

I have completed Three Years full time Apprenticeship of Motor Vehicle Mechanic.
I need Certificate of Qualification for apply SINP program.
I have experience of 20 years as a Mechanic and I can Provide Experience Letter from our company.
Please guide me about the procedure of how to take Certificate of Qualification from Canadian Province Technical College.

First is your NOC on the list that needs a license for Saskatchewan? If you want to apply to SINP then you need to go through Sask Apprenticeship. Don’t know your NOC and whether it is on the licencsing list but start with the link.

You will need to renounce your PR status first.

My fiance is planning to do Ontario graduate program in operations management from Fanshawe College, he has already done his engineering from Mumbai University (ECA) done. Will this Ontario program be considered as two or more degree; or will it be still considered as bachelors while applying for PR.

What does the ECA say. If 3 or more degree, then yes he can count the PGD as two or more. He has to get the study permit first.

My NOC is 7321 and it is in licensing list . Truck and Coach Mechanic.
Can I get Certificate of Qualification after submitting work experience and Apprenticeship Certificate which I have done? without attending provincial exam.

You need to look at the provincial requirements and whether you can get a certificate without an exam. Not sure they would give you a certificate of trade if an exam is required for completion.
