How to submit passport for visa stamping in Ghana.

Hi,
You have to send the following documents to CVAC via DHL:
Passport
Letter from IRCC
CVAC Consent Form
Payment slip of GHC155.00 (per person) from our Ecobank Account
Bank details:
Bank Account name – International Organization for Migration
Bank name – ECOBANK Ghana Limited
Account Branch: Head office
BIC/SWIFT Code – ECOCGHAC
Account Number – 1441000695744
Address;
(CVAC operated in partnership with OIM/IOM)
Canada Visa Application Centre
International Organization for Migration (IOM) Ghana
Baptist Convention House, Abelenkpe road,
Abelemkpe, Accra, Ghana

Hi ,
Yes, IRCC do not request for consent form. However, VFS acting on your behalf requires a consent form before they can send your passport to IRCC office.
About the form, VFS directly sent it to me. Hence , if you need it l can send it to your via email.

Hi I received the passport request submission for my children but I have all their passport with me can I submit them on their behalf?please advise. Also the letter said I should submit the package using vfs and the transmission fee receipt.
But how can I make the payment for the transmission fee. Because I also want them to return the package back to me in Canada.

Its easy, from the profile there is PPT request letter, print them and take with the passport. Call vfs or go online to set apointment, you will deliver and pay transmission fee to the embassy.. when done, they will call you to go and collect them
