Hello,

I want to report marriage fraud. I have googled this topic and it directs me to call CBSA. Instead of calling, I want to contact both IRCC and CBSA (preferably via email). Does anyone if they have an email address for this purpose. IRCC webform is only for case specific inquiries which I don't think I can use for this purpose.

It's because I have documents and it's very important that they should be considered. They are legal documents and conversations which support my claim that it was a marriage with fraudulent intentions.

Thank you!

I am sure they will give you directions on how to submit the evidence. My understanding is that they take allegations of marriage fraud very seriously and will investigate what you have to bring forward, as well as do their own investigations.

my opinion is, if you dont want to continue the relationship, consult with some lawyer, and you can apply for divorce. (I assume you already tried hard to change his behaviour)
If you want to retain the relationship, just wait for some more time.

Unless you have overwhelming proof marriage fraud is not prosecuted. It is often too hard to prove.
