How to submit initial application

I am ready to fill my application.
I need following simple question need to be answered, I don’t want to bother you much just tell me “Y” or “N” for each question.

1.For initial application I have to fill the following forms.
Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008- Generic]
Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]
Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3]
Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
Documents check list [IMM 5612]

2. My wife as a dependent has to fill following forms

Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]
Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
Documents check list [IMM 5612]

3. Fee for me, my wife and 6 months baby is
550+550+150 = 1250

4. draft should be in the name of
“Receiver General for Canada.”
Centralized Intake Office, Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.

5. Photos required at this time.

6. I can attach an extra sheet to describe my duties at this stage

7. I have to send this application at the following address
By courier:
CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION CANADA
FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER
CENTRALIZED INTAKE OFFICE
196 GEORGE STREET
SYDNEY, NS B1P 1J3
CANADA

8. Destination in Canada, I can write any for the time being.

9. I have to make two copies of each form and keep one for the second stage.

6. Y (pick a line on 0008 Schedule 3 main duties and write down "please see attached Section 3". You need to putt your name, form number on the header of the sheet).

8. Y and N (I don't think you can write "any". Just putt a preferred place in Canada but don't forget that will need to be your departing province/city once you decide to leave for Canada). After that you can choose whatever place you like.
