Hi there,

If someone is using wrong information/documents to enter to Canada on Visit, how can we stop him? Is there any email address that straight goes to Canadian Visa officers? I want to make them aware so that Canadian Authorities investigate the case properly before giving him Visa. This person has already been deported from Uk few years back. Can you provide me email address to make Canadian Authorities aware of this? Waiting for your reply....
Thanks much.

Thanks much for your reply.. .. what will happen if I report this. While doing this can I be remain anonymous???
If you report something, CBSA will consider the information you have provided and decide what action they will take, if any.

I don't know if they ask for your information or not - if they do, then I assume you can refuse to provide it.

How do I report immigration fraud?
Call the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Border Watch Toll-Free Line at 1-888-502-9060 to report:

suspicious activity at the border,
a marriage of convenience,
a person who has given false information on any immigration application or
a person wanted on an immigration warrant.
What you tell the tip line is private. Your identity stays protected.

That's not what the OP asked. The OP asked if the report can be made anonymously. I don't know the answer to that question.

Chill
It means it will not be disclosed to anyone
And correct me if I’m wrong I never mentioned anything about anonymous disclosure
I’m well aware that’s not what the o/p asked, I don’t think I need someone to tell me that, however thank you for taking the opportunity in doing that if that makes you feel good

You quoted scylla's post as if it was wrong. There is a big difference between being able to report anonymously, which is what the OP asked about and what scylla answered, and having to give your information but being told it is confidential.

If you are sure this person has committed fraud to get a TRV/visitor visa then it would best to email/mail the evidence directly to his/her local visa office. This might help to cancel the visa before s/he attempts to enter Canada.

You can report this matter anonymously if you prefer

Hi there,

I tried the CBSA number and I was on waiting time for almost 1.5 hours. Meanwhile I got fax number from recording Fax number i.e ‭(613) 948-4848‬ Should I fax them all detail now? Will it reach to the concerned department?
Please confirm.
Thanks

Here is the info. If you are sure the fax number is correct you can try that. Did you call during business hours during the week?

Yess I called on this number but there was looonnnng looong waiting time. N then I had to hang up.... However, I faxed them all info. Can you please tell me that upon receipt of information like this Canadian Authority start their working on that on urgent basis? Or they take long time to see and investigate the case? As I gave information for the person, he already applied for Visit Visa. I hope Canadian Authorities will take action ON Time.

Thanks

None of us can tell you if anything will be done on an urgent basis. That will be up to IRCC / CBSA.
