I want to create my profile for Quebec Immigration, but what is the official site url and what is the process? I have already created my Express Entry Profile also. Is there any link with these two profile?

Dr. You can install google chrome browser and open site in it...it would b in french...browser will ask you to translate...click translate and so on...
