How to Sponsor Parents, My status is work permit

Hi Guys,


I am on work permit, please tell me in which category I can apply for my parents to visit for 6 months or more.Keeping in mind my work permit will expire in September 2016.

You say to visit you so apply for a temporary resident visa.

Your parents can apply for a visitor visa to visit you and stay for 6 months. You can apply online for visitor visa, it is pretty easy.

For TRV visas, yes. Two separate visa applications. Not sure about super visa application.

Just normal visit visa it is called "temporary resident visa"

Actually, you only need to do one application for both parents. Your dad can apply as the primary applicant and your mum will be added as a dependent. My parents applied that way and were approved.

Thanks for letting me know. This approach makes a lot more sense. I never had to submit a TRV for parents. Thanks for educating me.
