How to Sponsor a dependant after getting pr card as a caregiver help !!!!!!!!!!

Hi there, I added my hubby on my application as a live in caregiver, its one year now i got my pr card. i want his son to join us in canada , i put my husband son as a non accompany dependant when i was doing my care giver application form. how do i get him in canada? do i go the sponsorship route? or i just update the generic form, declaration form and the family info form? anybody been in this situation before? help please.

Did he undergo a medical when you applied for PR?

You can't sponsor a stepchild; your husband must sponsor him.
