How to skip bio metric fees

Hi Folks,

Can anyone tell me how can we skip biometric fees while submitting work permit file?
We have already paid biometric fees along with PR file of my wife or do we need pay it again and get it refund from IRCC later?

You cannot skip. Just pay and wait to be refunded. Got my refund after 1 month.
