i have filled up all information and i want to upload online on my cic account, should i do put date and signature digitally or hand written date and signature after i validate and print it

There's no online submission as far I know. The documents need to be mailed.

Actually CIC told me not be mailed, it should be Submitted online

You need to print it out, sign by hand, scan it back into your computer and submit via webform (I assume this is what you mean by submit online)

Sorry I may be confused on what you’re trying to do exactly. Are you trying to upload documents for CIC to add to your case?

This is what he is trying, after printing,signing ; he wants to upload . whereas I think the application submission is manual.

Again, you need to stop posting in the Family Class section of the forum. You are not going to get the correct advice because the process is entirely different. As I told you in your other thread, post in the EE or Skilled Worker sections of the forum.

You posted your question in the wrong section so you will get wrong answers.

All family sponsorship applications cannot be submitted online. (spousal, dependent, parents and grandparents) The initial applications are ALL mail out in physical copy.

I have no idea what route are you taking.
