How to show Home tie connection if i don't have land or property. but i am just married and if i apply for my wife open work permit then how i will show my home tie connection while applying visa .

If you have children back home
If you bond,stocks, etc
If you write a strong SOP (statement of purpose) telling them how much your a connected to ur home country and why choose canada and urbplans after graduation .

Yes of course! Apply for the student visa first. Get it, then apply for your wife. Keeping your wife in your home country is a very BIG tie!
