How to show home country ties( for return) for study permit

hello , i am danny from india , i am applying online , please anyone help :
1. In online app. only document where i can mention this is 'letter of explanation' but thats just optional, so how do i do this ( im surprised to see that in online app , there are just 4-5 documents, while univ. categary paper app. has so many ones

( i am admitted to univ. of victoria , m.eng. program) please help me with this

Danny if you see the checklist there also they have not mentioned anything like SOP CV and all shd be submitted so i dont think Online and Paper application is different.
There is no specific criteria which can prove your home ties.
The best you can show is the Property in home town with Strong SOP. rest all depends on VO
