How to show experience for self employed dentist

I am a dentist from Punjab, have been running my own clinic since June 2013. I completed my BDS Degree in June 2011and worked in 2- 3 clinics before opening my own. I have filing ITR for last four years only and in computation report medical profession is mentioned {as no option of dental clinic}. My clinic is not registered with any govt Body. Although I am registered as dentist with Dental Council of India. Clinic building is a commercial building and owner is my father. Is there any way to show my experience in express entry file for Canada?

You can prove your occupation by giving an self signed reference letter mentioning your roles and duties.
