How to show agricultural land as a source of income?

Dear All,

I recently got offer letter for University of Windsor for Masters of Management program. As a prove of funds, I have PKR 4 million in my personal account. However, my sponsor is my father. Therefore, I'll be showing source of income of my father.
Can someone explain to me how can I show agricultural land as a source of income? Secondly, Is it enough to show agricultural income as the only source against the amount in my bank account?

1. Land is not suitable for proof of funds. IRCC wants to see cold hard cash in a bank account.

You can show J forms for this purpose. J forms are bills given by the commission agents (Aadti).
