How to send passports for visa stamping via fedex? Online?
i have got passport request yesterday. DHL refused to send passports FROM embassy in Bucharest to me...with return costs included. They told me that they have no idea how much Romanian DHL is going to charge me for a shipment...

Have no idea how to send it...
please advice me how to do procedures...the best online shipment.

I send it by UPS.
Just there is a problem with passport collecting from embassy.
HOW courier will now when to come to embassy to collect passports? Embassy will inform me about it by email or they will call a courier?

Are you a Romanian national? Were you accepted through the Express Entry FSWP?
Please let me know since I am also a Romanian and I would need some info that might help me a lot.
