how to send passport to chc-london from india?

You could write an authorization letter for someone to carry your passport this is true. He could send from Canada to London unfortunately London would not be able to send it India as it's illegal to courier a passport in or out India. The best thing to do is to not panic and hopefully get a hold of someone at the embassy that can help you. I'm sure there have been others stuck in this situation before.

You can ask them to transfer you file to Delhi, and then Delhi can issue you the visa..

Or you can simply ask them for more time, apply for UK visa and attached the letter saying that you only wants to go to get the visa. I am sure you will get the visa..

actually London office already made decision so do you think they can still transfer file to new Delhi? they r about to issue visa as they have mention in mail also that this is final step of my application.and also they said that my permanent visa validity will expire on 07/09/2011.

as i earlier mention that i will write authorize letter to my wife who will send passport from Canada to London and also when she will get back my passport , she will come India and give it to me, is that OK?

will that be create any prob in India immigration? because law say i cant send by post or courier but i can authorize someone to carry it.

actually my cousin who is coming India next week from Canada if i write authorize letter and send my passport with him to Canada and from Canada he will send it to London office. then London office will directly send me by register post in India?

because as per indian passport authority say i cant send out of india but i can authorize someone .

No, London won't send it to India. They will return it to Canada, though. Then you have to figure out how to get it back to India.

i am really confused day by day. we have emailed them twice but still no reply from CHC-London. i just dont understand what should i do?

as far i know i read this from back of passport in rules and regulation. i checked as well so many person did same.

because then i don't have any option left except quit in last step of my application.

Oh sorry Rayan in the letter you created you mentioned the office in Buffalo? I was wondering why you put buffalo not London?

Rayan I found an older link from Trackitt with people with your exact problem. They even give example of letter. I would also apply for a visitor visa to London and exlain your situation you'd be sure to get it.
