how to send original documents to 3 universities?

hello everyone,

I am applying to 3 universities (UNI of Toronto, Mc Master and Ryerson) these universities required to send original, certified , stamped and sealed documents sent directly from the issuing institute.

and those will not be returned back to student, if i send originals to one university how can i send to 3 diff universities?

i emailed them and asked whether they mean by duplicated or notarized copies but they sent me their university links having same detail.

did any one of u applied in these universities and pls explain me that in which form documents are being sent?

I think you can request official certified and stamped documents (transcripts or course description) from your university as many times as you wish!

If you are referring to an original document which you cannot get another original copy of, then contact your university and explain. I did the same with my High School certificate because I couldn't get another original copy of it, so I sent a certified photocopy of it and it was accepted!

Also, if your documents are certified, stamped and sealed then you can send them yourself. I am just saying that because not all institutions send students documents to universities abroad.

actually i have completed my High school and will study B Eng there and yes i won't get original copy of docx second time to sent all of them my originals ..

Did you apply in one of those(which i mentioned above) universities,in which you were accepted by giving photocopies of documents?

Well, I was in the same boat like you (High school grad.) last year when I applied to university of Alberta. They wanted the original but I told them I couldn't send it, then they accepted the certified photocopy!
and no I did not apply to one of those universities.

NEVER SEND YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO ANYONE !!!!!
Remember this always!
Suppose you have done under-grad degree in your country. There is a procedure in every university through which you can get your transcript copy attested by your controller examination. So you need to apply for 3 such copies and bring them to your university's coordinator or to concerned person and ask him to put them in a envelop 1 in each and sealed them. Stamp them with university stamp.

This is what they(universities abroad) required. Never send your original documents to any institute. Remember that bro!

Get your school to make official copies of your credentials for you (they will probably stamp and signed by the principal ), get them to put them in an envelop and seal/ stamp the seam. You can then mail them directly to the universities you are applying to.

It would be very unlikely if they want you to send only the originals considering an applicant may be applying to multiple schools at the same time.

Ok Bro , i'm Pakistani and i've completed my Intermediate from Sukkur Board,so can i ask them to make duplicate of all my certificates and put stamp and seal the envelope and then send that envelop by myself? ? can i do this ?

Simply get 3 photocopies of your degree and send them to your board for attestation.
Now when you will go to receive them, bring 3 white envelops. At the time of receiving, ask them to put 1 in each envelop and seal it with your stamp.
