How to send documents to IRCC if GCkey is not linked to the sponsorship application

Hi

I got some updates on my employment status and i want to submit it to the IRCC

I have submitted an ONLINE dependent child sponsorship application,

I received AOR, i am trying to link the application to my GCkey account but its not linking..!!

how to send the documents to the Concerned VO,

how to know which VO will process my application

or doed Online applications are processed in Canada

Several things here... When you receive Sponsor Approval (email to the sponsor) it will say what VO is processing the file. If it does not say, that means it is Central Intake in Ottawa. You can also call IRCC asking them which VO is primary and secondary on the file. Early on, not always will a secondary office be assigned yet. IRCC has said last week that they only want people to submit more documents if they are requested. That being said, if you want to be proactive and send in updated materials, you can send a webform through the Permanent Resident Portal (https://prt-srp.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login) attaching the updated documents.

For GCKey linking, ensure that a middle name is put beside the first name if the PA has one, and that the number of people on the application includes you. So if it is just you and the PA, the number of people is two (and spell it two).
