How to send back the copr+pp back to ndvo

Please guide me to send the passport and copr again to the new delhi office which issued my PR.
There is a change in my family composition.
VFS has refused to accept it again.
Courier is the only way. But how to send through courier is something making me worried.

Need your suggestions.

You should follow CIC's guideline on sending the passport and COPR.
Have they asked you to send those back?
If they did, they must have indicated the ways to do so too!

Raise a CSE via Web-Form, drop a mail and only post approval from Cic will Vfs accept your Passport.
