How to seal the Envelope for sending my credentials to WES?

I have got my Transcripts from my universities and I am planning to send them personally via courier. Its given in the website that i can gather the documents and send them personally. But, are there any special instructions to seal the cover?

Which cover are you talking about? If your transcripts did not come in a sealed envelope, then follow @vasuv001 instructions.

However if you've already received them in a sealed envelope, just seal the bigger envelope like you normally would seal a parcel and send it to WES after writing the reference number on the envelope.

You have to wait for the ECA. You can't create an EE profile without it.

If you have a chance to increase your CRS score by IELTS, give it a shot. If not, start focusing on familiarizing yourselves with the procedures for PCC, medicals, proof of funds and try to collect the work experience letters from your employers. If your likely CRS is above 450, get PCC done for sure.

What degrees you hold as in bachelors and masters or just bachelors ..if you dont mind can you share how you werw able to secure 481 points

I hold a bachelor's of technology and master of technology in electrical engineering. My CRS score was calculated based on my educational qualifications and work experience along with my IELTS score.

Yes you may seal it - with a transparent cello tape across and then collectively put the transcripts in a muck larger envelope, seal this one too and you are set.
