How to request more time if there is delay in getting PCC or medicals ?

Just preparing for worst case scenario - if its realistically possible to contact CIC and get extension of days instead of strict 60 days after ITA.

Dont think you can request for more time. You have to do upfront medicals but you could include about the delay in PCC in LOE (only if CIC instructions suggest you can do so for the country you are applying ).

If you couldn't receive your PCC before the dead line of submitting your PR application, the only thing you do is to wait till the last day, submit all the docs except the PCC. Provide as much as info you have to support your claim that you applied for your PCC and not received it yet. Upload all the supporting docs into the PCC placeholder. And also write a LOE explaining everything to the VO and ask him for additional time to submit your PCC.

But, this is a wild try. The VO decides how to proceed further with a your case.

You cannot get exemption on Medicals. If you don't upload medicals, that will probably lead to an upfront refusal under EE.
