I have applied for Visitor visa for my parents and sister. Visa granted for parents but rejected for sister who is 25yrs old and studying in india.
I want to request GCMS notes.
Please clarify below doubts:

2. Please help what to select in below questions:
Select the category that best describes you.
Academia
Business (Private Sector):This category captures those who are employed by the private sector, including lawyers and consultants, and who require information for their business or on behalf of another individual.
Media
Organization
Member of the Public: This category captures all other members of the public who require information for their own purposes.
Do i have to select Business or Member of public?
3. How would you prefer to receive the requested records? CD or Email - what to select
If i select Email will i receive entire GCMS notes (email attachment supports limited size)
4. What type of information are you requesting?
Privacy Act
Access to Information Act is $5.00
5. Which type of records do you wish to request?
Immigration/Citizenship Records- is this correct
6. What type of record would you like to request?
Temporary residence
7. Which specific information are you looking for?
Status update of file/ reason for refusal
8. File Number- Is this the application number stated in my refusal correspondence letter?
9. In the consent form-
Designated Representatives Information- Here i shud provide my details?
Designated Representatives Information- Firm/Organization- here what to enter ? where i work? my office name?
Applicants information- Here i shud write my sister details or dad details.
Bcoz when applying for tourist visa we created account for my dad and under him added my mom and sister details as dependant.
Related individual information- whose details to enter here?
