Hi Guys. Could somebody tell me how request for a copy of my notice of decission in English. I have the original they sent in French. I sent a webform and never got an answer. So maybe somebody here knows how to do it or share its experience. Thanks in advance.

My NOD has a number - 1 866 790 0581 below the registry officer's information. Check your NOD and try to call them.

No no, check your present NOD. Besides the issue date, there are the initials of a registry officer.

That’s correct but the problem is that IRB only accepts written requests. You can call them and double check.
Did you file your asylum claim in Quebec? Did you use a lawyer in Quebec? Had you updated your file with your new address in Alberta and did you only move to Alberta recently?
where is was processed doesn’t mean that’s where you filed. Did you apply for asylum in Quebec? You don’t get correspondence randomly in French outside of Quebec.
