How to report Chinese visa office | Expert please help

Hi,

Please this is completely unbelievable, i just notice that EXPRESS ENTRY for Chinese citizen in China are extremely and unbelievably slow.

After May 12 there was absolutely no PPR for Chinese resident in FSW.

And i know a lot of people who never got updated since May.
No one for all people in China got the PPR since May. ( 7 month now )

This is absolutely not normal, and i think HK visa office( hongkong visa office) is not doing there job.

Is there is any way to report them ?

by contacting IRCC using the webform will it be usefull or just a waste of time ?

I'm sorry but given the current tension between Canada and China (and for that matter, Canada and Saudi Arabia), I kinda expect this to be happening. Immigrants are pawns that no one care about.
