How to renew open work permit for Live in Caregiver

I just got owp a couple week ago and it state " Pending LIC APR" . and expire as the same day as my passport expiration.
I wondering how to renew open work permit if I dont have any employer at that time? Do I need LMO, contract, job offer?

No, you extend your passport and then apply for another owp.
