how to register with Jobbank.ca

Hi,

I went through the initial steps of applying under EE.
I have received a message in my CIC inbox with a PDF attached that says I specified that I don't have a valid job offer even though I mentioned my full time job - that I am still currently at -.

I was asked to register with Job bank in order to have my file activated, but the link they have provided me doesn't lead to a proper webpage.

if anyone facing the same situation and had it resolved, please I need the help.
