My wife recently landed in Canada and had her COPR stamped. The officer was very ambiguous about how to get the PR card or when it would be mailed. According to the Canada site, you don't have to do anything and just wait for it to be mailed to the mailing address included in the original PR application.

But they gave a form with an link saying you had to declare the mailing address before it would be sent. We've tried logging into the Address Notification with her COPR number but it says no record found when using her information. How the hell do you get your PR card mailed to you after landing?

It gets mailed to whatever address you provided. We had an address on the COPR (i.e. default) and then updated that during the airport interview.

Yes, that's how it's supposed to work but the officer failed to confirm the address and when my wife asked about it, she said "she had no idea, and the sooner you go to this website the sooner it will be mailed out." We told her our mailing address and she said to go to the website. But we cannot access website.

You can try calling IRCC. Was there an address on your COPR? Was it the correct address?
