How to read CBSA notes?

Hi Members,

I have received my CBSA notes, but its lengthy and I am not sure how to read it. Please suggest:

1. Which sections in my notes should I focus?

it is in 3 parts, total around 250 plus pages!

2. In the Assessments section I have the following:

Ministerial instructions:
Type: EE-MI1

Eligibility: Passed
Security: In Progress
HIRV: (blank)
Criminality: Passed - expired
Org Crime: (blank)
Medical: Passed - expired
Misrepresentation: (blank)
Info sharing: Complete

So at what stage is my application in?

3. How to know if something is negative or not, in my application from the document?

Hi, how did you request it? I put in a request for my citizenship grant application. But they replied asking for clarification on if I want records for "the status of an immigration file" or "the immigration records". I'm not sure which one I should reply to...
