How to read CBSA ATIP travel history record from CD?

I had requested for my travel history records from CBSA. I received it in a CD in the mail. Neither my laptop nor my friends' laptops have a CD ROM drive. For the past 3 weeks, I have been trying to figure out how to extract the records from this CD. :-(
How do I read the records? What did everyone else do?
Any ideas?
Anywhere I could get access to a CD ROM drive? I am based in Ottawa, if that helps.

You can try Staples, they do have rental computers in Store which has CD Rom Drive option.
