How to re-submit a visa application online

Hi everyone,

My visa application for attending a conference in Canada was rejected. Now I like to submit a new one but wonder how I can do that. In myCIC account, my rejected application is still there, I just could not find any place which I can re-use my application or create a new one.

Do I have to create a new CIC account using GCKey, is it ok to use the same email address that I used for my first application. Truly appreciate for any comments you have. Thanks,
