How to raise CSE when application is handled by an agent

Could anyone have experienced raising CSE when the application is handled by an agent.

1. what email address you will write in space provided in the form ? yours or the agent ?

2. If you provide your personal email address then will it affect the future correspondence with the agent ?

3. Which way is better to send CSE by email or by web form ?

1. what email address you will write in space provided in the form ? yours or the agent ? Ideally, the agent should send the CSE on your behalf as pert of his services you are paying for

2. If you provide your personal email address then will it affect the future correspondence with the agent ? It might affect future communications to both of you as your Visa Officer may request to know if you no longer work with your agent. Some VOs may respond to your enquiry without asking, there is no guidance for this it depends on the VO but will disrupt future communications

3. Which way is better to send CSE by email or by web form ? CSE is by webform, other enquiries are done by email. You may use both means
