I had hired an representative of CSIC and had got the initial approval from CIO Canada. After the initial approval on feb 01 2010 my representative adopted a fradulent behaviour by not following the clauses of retainer agreement we signed. so i cancelled his representation by mailing the cacellation of representation IMM5476E form to corcerned visa office.

But till now i have sent about more then 70 to 80 emails to concerned visa office in Islamabad email address. but it does not reply to any of my emails in a relevant manner. i ask a question through email and the answer is totally out of context of the question. i have asked them of change of mailiing address, invokation of my representative, reissuance of approval letter that my ex-representative is not given to me and asked for what types of documents to be sent further after the approval letter. They have replied almost 24 times but each time there were no relevant answers to any of my questions.

During my correspondence with canadian visa office in islamabad by mails and by emails. They told me after about 50 emails that the concerned visa office now processing the immigration cases for Pakistan have shifted now to london.

After that i started correpondence with london visa office for Canada through emails and mails. i again mailed the cancellation of representative form IMM5476E to london visa office after mailing it twice at the visa office in Islamabad. The application for cancellation of representative through mail reached the london visa office on 02 June 2010. Again like the islamabad visa office i have emailed the london visa office about 40 to 50 times asking the same questions as i was asking for canadian visa office in Islamabad but they have even entertatined my queries in a relevant manners and they have given abstract answers.

if the time line after the initial approval is 120 days then the date for submission of further documents have already elapsed as i got the initial approval from CIO on Feb 01 2010. but this was because of lack of relevant correspondence from canadian visa office in london (processing the cases for skilled worker from Pakistan) and candian visa office in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Both the canadian visa offices in Islamabad and London process the inquiries through emails and mails and no telephonic conversation is possible as they have a machine that will answer to specific question on the phone

can anyone guide me how to proceed further for my case and how to get the relevant answers to my question from the visa offices and can the delay for submission of further documents will result in cancellation of my application for which i am not responsible .

visa offices never responds back with specific answers. their responses are always stereo type. U can check ur ECAS status and if that is updated it means that your address is updated. moreover, if you have received submission of docs reqeust and was uanble to receive it u must nt wait and should send docs accoridng to vo requirement on website attaching cover letter explaining your situation. dont delay and also please do not send so many emaisl to visa offfice as this will only have a negative impact.

mate

i am in the same situation as well.

I applied through agent and without my agents knowledge i sent full documents to london chc.

On e cas its still showing the old representative adresses although i have sent cancellation form with my full application but as you mentioned they never changed.

I did e mail them only couple of time but they never changed it. In the mean time my previous agent (who got all the correspondence paper) is also sending e mail to chc london on my behalf without my knowledge to know what is happening.

so they are replying to them as well

I am hoping that when chc london will make a decision for next stage they will change at that time.

any one help :)

Don't worry guys..
The visa office will then contact you in case of any correspondence, if you have already kicked your consultant's ass.
They are CRAPS and know nothing about immigration rules, so better to save your money and don't let the FREAKING CONSULTANTS play with your future.
Best of luck to you all.
