How to prove "Ties to Home Country (Philippines)" when applying for Student Visa from Qatar where I've been living and working for more than 10yrs?

We have a condo unit but it is not yet in our name since we are still paying the bank loan for it. My mom has 3 land titles but it is under her name and i have lots of siblings so i cannot say that i will inherit any of it.

We have savings in the bank both here in Qatar and in the Philippines.

I don't have any dependents because my sister is taking care of our mother.

My wife's father is retired but living alone so we don't consider him as a dependent too. She has a minor younger brother but has an older brother at home also.

Kabayan , if your wife will stay in the Philippines she is also consider as one of the Tie from home country , you can also attached your parent's land title even if its under their name ,if you have active credit card in the Phils then you can also put it . You can also includes the condo units and proofs (like receipt ) that you are paying it monthly.
