HOW TO PROVE THAT IS MY NOC 0621 OR 6211?

Hi , I am working as a assistant store manager at retail store . They gave me job letter which has following job duties written :
assist store manager in managing the store , managing staff , training staff , building sales and profits , minimizing loses , stock ordering , product merchandising ,daily cash balancing and bank deposits , customer service and hygiene maintenance .

I am confused is it under Noc 0621 or Noc 6211.

6211. Any code beginning in 0 are senior management or executive positions.

The NOC description for 0621 literally has an example saying:

• assistant manager - retail

Ok but the duties in his letter don’t match 0621.

Did you look at 6211.

6211 is your NOC

Job titles mentioned in ESDC's NOC Description has no relevance to real world job title.

Al you need to make sure is that job duties carried / mentioned in letter should match lead statement and also substantially (more than 75%) match to the main duties mentioned in NOC description.

But don't forget to write other details like salary, working hours etc. as required by IRCC
