My brother in law is planing on coming here for a 2 year Centennial Colleges Computer Systems Technician – Networking course. He got approved and we are going to apply. The thing that is scaring me is that he already completed a 4 year Bachelors of Science in Information Technology in Philippines. The truth of the matter is that he has a job now at a hospital and to get a position in the IT department they told him that having a foreign diploma would give him a step up. The computer technology is lacking in philippines so coming to canada to study would allow him to get ahead for a better job when he returns. how can I make this stronger?
