The link at the right (Form and Guide) directs you to the same forms as in applying for a regular work permit, in the supporting docs the applicant needs to include the work permit of the spouse that makes the applicant eligible. Also there are also other provincial pilot programs for TFWs that allow their spouses to get Open Work permits - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/occupations.asp

Yes, your son can apply as well. He has to apply for TRV (Visitor).

kasi kung BC ok lang kahit low skilled workers ka..unlike pag alberta dapat under skilled workers ang papel mo NOC O,A,B.. alberta ka pala, hayaan mo mabilis naman promotion dyan, if naging supervisor kana palit agad ng papel at other docs so pwede na apply si hubby u ng SOWP at study permit si anak mo....baka di palang tym ni hubby ngaun may reason nmn ang laht kung baket un ang nangyari,kht malungkot kasi inaasam u n mgkksama kau, ganun tlga life must go on.... ;D ;D
