How to prepare Work Experience letter

Hi,

I want to apply for immigration under skilled migration, I have some queries
Before I will ask let me tell u about myself.
1)
I m working as a software developer for MNC company from last five years in Dubai
My carrier start in India as computer instructor, I was in that job for two years,
Which make me qualified for skilled worker I have contract letter and job letter
from that computer institute. We get cash for our salary nothing like pay slip.
2)
Then I got job as software developer in gulf where my husband was working ,
I don’t have contract letter as well as experience letter, just want to work so I did not
Bother all of this about too much. That company has been closed from last three years
And I did not have anything except my residence ID from that company.
3)
Then we both move to dubai, I got job as Software developer in Dubai
and now I m working with multinational company I have everything here contract letter,
pay slip and now normal experience letter I cant give detail refrence letter from my
IT manager because it will create doubt in his mind that I m planning to leave.
It is ok.

Q1) How should I prepare my work experience history If I will skip 2 no job but I need
To submit police clearance certificate so I can’t skip it I think ?

Q2 ) currently I m working as Software developer which is not in demand list I mean only
Computer instructor is in demand list as per immigration instruction if any of your
Job fall in 38 occupation list or u did these work in 10 years u can apply so I m qualified right?

Q3 ) Detail job refrence letter is must from current employer or I can submit normal experience
Lettter from HR it will work or not .

Hey Saadia....
For your past experience i doubt a visa officer might have a lot of questions for you....
But you can atleast try.....
Do you atleast have bank statement of your salary of previous company ????
If yes then it shld be of some what help for you and for that you should give a detailed explanation to the visa officer.
And you should collect ur offer-letter and a reference letter from your current company.
You have to ask HR to provide you.....
As you are in dubai i dont know how it works in dubai....People fro dubai please comment here.
Also you can only apply to Canada if you hold any Senior Position.

take things easily and feel relax.
first of all, i strongly believe and consulted the official instruction of canadian immigration regarding the work experience. if your eligible worrk experience is full time and duration is 1 or more which fall in 38 ocupation list, happend within last 10 years, the you certainly apply for canadian immigration/permanent residence. it is clearly written in thhe official instruction onadian immigration. so dont worry. pls visit www.cic.gov.ca/english. if you feel that other work experiene would not applicable, the mention it but i strongly think that " 1 year or more continous experience in a 38 occupation catagory" will be more thsn enough.

What exactly is your suggestion make it clear please shall i mention my
all work experience or just mention my india and dubai work exp and forget
for that which I dont have proper documents.

But I think i have to mention it becasue I have visa on my passport and I
must need police clearance certi. from that country because I was there
for around three years
