Hi everyone, I received the email from Immigration Canada saying that my file has been following up by HongKong office and recently I received the email from there saying that further documents required.
Regarding to the right of permanent Resident fee, the letter states "If not yet paid: Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). To avoid processing delays, we strongly encourage you to pay your fees online and to submit a copy of your receipt to our office. For information regarding fees, click blah blah blah
However, I tried to process the online payment, but website needs to create account and profile, but after that, I still could not get to the page of payment. Could anyone help me this? Thanks so much.

How much did you pay initially when you submitted your application? You might have already paid this $490 fee.

This is the website. You need to pick what you are paying for, and it will take you to a new page where you process the payment.

Sorry for hijacking this thread, but I have a small question about payment that I didn't think warranted a new one!

When you go to pay the fees online, will it allow you to save the receipt and print later, or it's a one time thing that you have to print right away?

Only because I want to pay now, but will only have access to a printer tomorrow! So I was hoping to save the receipt and print later.. yay or nay?

You can have the receipt sent to your email. I was also able to save a pdf copy on my computer.
