"Seek and ye shall find" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

Dear Friend,
Thanks for your reply.
I checked this link.
But I have another question. I should pay for 2 persons (for me and for my husband).
There is the following field "Number of applications" - I should mention there the number.
If I choose number 1 - the payable amount will be 490 CAD. But in general I should pay for 2 persons. But if I mention 2 that will mean 2 applications.
What should I do??? pls help me.

While paying fees, it ask for your email address. Once you paid the fees, you will receive a receipt on your email address.

Just send this to your Visa Officer by replying the email which asked you pay RPRF.

If you want more just take the printout of the receipt, write with pen your Application no., UCI and name. Scan it and send it to VO.

Every payment has unique receipt number and they will add this receipt number in your Application/GCMS Notes.

All the best

I am much obliged to you for your help.
Thank you very much.

One more question.
I have not received any application number for my husband. But actually he has a number as his medical results have been sent based on his application number (by the way is it the same File number?).
I am the main applicant.
How can I check his application number?? And should I mention this number besides my number on any doc (for example on the receipt)??

RPRF Fee will be paid by the Main Applicant and has a single receipt.

When you receive Medical Request Email which states that you will receive Further Instructions for Medical Shortly + RPRF Payment + ETC. The email is referred to the Main Applicant.

The Medical Instructions [IMM1017] will be sent to each applicant included in your application that is one form for you, one for your husband + one for your child and so on.

That IMM1017 Form will have IME number and on that your Medical Exam will be processed and submitted to CIC.

If you have not received the IMM1017 form for all of your family members, you need to write CSE to your Visa Office immediately stating URGENT.

----------------------------------------------------------

Application Number is allotted as per application so one application number to you and your family.

UCI number is allotted to each individual. You must have your UCI number from the PER Email you received from CIC. To see the UCI number of your husband and your child, please see IMM1017 Form and it may have those details.

On ECAS you can only check the status of application bind to UCI of the Main Applicant.

All the best.

Dear Friend, I sent them Email after finding out that they have not sent any email to my husband with IMM1017 form. They have not replied me. But the Doctor that arranged the medical examination found my husband's IME number on the online program to which the doctor had an access and he sent our medical results based on this.
Is there any problem??
