How to pay RPRF from india for new Delhi Visa office ?

I have applied for FSW and presently I have been asked ot pay right to permanent residency fee, my visa office is New Delhi, India

Based on instructions below are options:
1. Pay on-line
2. pay using Authorized cheque

Which option can use to pay and procedure for it ?

Take DD from ICICI or SBI and send to New Delhi visa office.

Have you paid the RPRF FEE yet, I am also in the same boat, not sure how to pay it, Please advise if you can..

Pay by DD from SBI or ICICI and submit through VFS India.
