How to Pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee from PAKISTAN?

Assalamualaikum Brothers and Sisters,

I am Momer Khan and I applied for Canadian immigration under skill worker class almost 2 years ago from PAKISTAN.

I am at a stage where I have been asked for the Medical Test and Right of Permanent Residence Fee.

Now please someone tell me how to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee from PAKISTAN because they only want Bank Drafts in favor of Receiver General of Canada. I checked with my bank and they said they cannot issue a Bank draft in Canadian Dollars for me as I do not have a Dollar account with bank.

Please tell me what to do and which bank can issue that draft for me?

I know that the payment is CAD 490

In Islamabad you can go to Dollar East, A&A exchange

In Lahore and Karachi Dollar east, Wall street, etc
