Hello - I paid my citizenship before Feb 6th, but didn't get it posted until after the 6th and didn't know the fee had gone up. Now I have a form telling me I can 'pay the balance' but not telling me how. All the other forms say the receipt will be returned to me (it already has been) but nothing about whether the fee will be. Do I pay the $400 and get the $200 refunded? Do I pay the $400 and lose the $200 I've already paid? Is there a way I can just pay $200?
